What is required on my part?
As a Trash To-Go™ Member Restaurant, you will display a QR code provided by us at your cash register and a Trash To-Go™ Sticker on your door. On top of that, we ask for your staff members to help us monitor customer scans and avoid abuse of our system — that is, ensuring that the QR code is only scanned when the customer brought in their own reusable containers/cutlery or refused single-use packaging offered. There is absolutely no financial liabilities, and your business operation will not be slowed.
How can I benefit from this?
Firstly, you will be able to save on packaging. As the number of Trash To-Go™ users increases, you will begin seeing a reduction in your restaurant's need for single-use packaging. Additionally, having your restaurant name and address displayed in our app's Member Restaurants section can help bring in new eco-conscious customers.
